Policies
Studio rates may vary per project dependent on factors such as studio availability,
project duration, usage, work schedule, etc.
Daily Lockout = 10 hours
Star Trak is a full service production facility, offering Protocols Mix Plus, 2 track, 4 track, 8 track,
and 24 + track digital recording, 30 - 15 & 71/2 ips 1/4" analog recording,
SMPTE time code video post production, One Off CD-R grand masters, and
In House digital video demos, Session musicians and producers available upon request.
Studio time will be billed for the time booked. A 50% deposit is required on all project bookings.
NO PRODUCT WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN
RECEIVED IN FULL OR PRIOR ARRANGEMENT!
Terms and Conditions
Any cancellation or rescheduling of studio time must occur 48 hours prior to the sessions
(excluding holidays and weekends). If less than 48 hours notice is given,
the client will be charged for 50% of the time booked. Client will be charged 100%
of time booked if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours notice.
Cancellation or rescheduling of block bookings (3 or more days per calendar week)
must occur at least 14 days prior to the session. Less than 14 days notice will result in
the client being charged for 50% of booking time. This charge is not applicable to
any portion of the time Star Trak rebooks. Star Trak will also charge the
client for any and all expenses made in preparation for the
sessions prior to the notice of cancellation.
Star Trak will store masters or safeties in our building for up to thirty days after
completion of work at our facilities. This is without charge or assumption
of any liability for loss or damage, and at the client's option. Multitrack Masters must
be purchased within the thirty day time period. Star Trak reserves
the right to delete these recordings if not purchased within the thirty day time period.
Upon payment and completion of the project, all outakes or
roughs must be recovered, or will be destroyed at Star Trak's option. It is the
responsibility of the client to obtain the appropriate insurance
for tapes left in Star Trak's library. All shipping charges will be assumed by the client.
